The HEARD Alliance supports youth mental health through collaboration and accessible resources. We offer direct support to schools navigating youth suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention in Santa Clara and San Mateo.

 

While our school-centered services are regional, the resources and tools available on this site are free and accessible to anyone anywhere.
